Requests from Title Company

 

In order for NYSCA to notify our members via email that a Title Company is in need of Emergency coverage at a closing, the Title

Company needs to detail the following information in its request to NYSCA :

  1. Date: 
  2. Time: 
  3. Location:
  4. Type of Closing (Residential or Commercial & Purchase or Refinance):
  5. Amount of the closer compensation:

Once you send that email, it will be forwarded to all the NYSCA members that are signed onto our Emergency Referral listing.

The closer will then contact you directly via e-mail or phone and you can supply any additional information necessary.

Once you have covered the closing with one of our members, please forward an additional email informing us that the closing

has been covered, so as to reduce the number of further emails or calls you may receive.
